Established in 2012, Wyrax is a source manufacturer specializing in WPC, SPC, PVC, and PU stone-series building materials. We possess an independent R&D team and comprehensive production lines, allowing us to maintain full control over the entire process—from raw material formulation to the shipment of finished products.

Our products are widely utilized in high-end hotels, residential properties, and commercial spaces. We have established long-term cooperative relationships with building material distributors and project contractors across more than 60 countries, spanning Europe, the Americas, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East.

Production Capacity

With cutting-edge production hardware and a highly mature operating system, every production process at WYRAX is strictly supervised by the quality control department, adhering to established quality standards. Its complete manufacturing line covers core processes such as raw material mixing, granulation, extrusion, cooling and shaping, grinding, fiber drawing, length cutting, cleaning, and packaging. All qualified finished products that successfully pass inspection are stored in a unified warehouse, awaiting delivery to clients.

Granulation Processing

Wood flour, high-density polyethylene, and additives are mixed together and fed into a granulator; after undergoing crushing and cooling, the composite granules are packaged into bags.

Extruding Processing

Wood-plastic composite granules will be fed into an extruder, extruded and formed under high temperature, and shaped through a die. Subsequently, the finished products will be cut to a predetermined length.

Placement and Cooling

Following extrusion molding, the products will be cleaned and arranged neatly. After cooling for 24 hours, they will be sent to the next processing stage.

Surface Treatment

Utilizing advanced processing equipment, the product surface can undergo various treatments—such as sanding and embossing—according to customer requirements.

Cutting

Following surface treatment, each panel undergoes precision cutting. Utilizing specialized sawing equipment, the cross-sections must be strictly flat and smooth.

Packing

The products will be wrapped in multiple layers of stretch film, cartons, and rainproof sheeting, and then affixed with shipping labels indicating the product name, color, length, and quantity.
